CSF Radiators Engine Coolant Radiator for Ford E-Series 1992-1996, 3 Rows, Copper-Brass
$645.27

If you're looking to keep your engine running smoothly, the CSF Engine Coolant Radiator (2277) is a solid choice. I’ve had my fair share of radiator issues, and trust me, nothing beats the peace of mind that comes with knowing your cooling system is up to snuff. This radiator isn't just any part; it's designed to keep the heart of your vehicle in prime condition, which is crucial for longevity and performance.

Let’s dive into the specs a bit. This one’s a downflow radiator with three rows, giving it a core length of 21 1/8 inches and a width of 29 3/16 inches. The thickness? A sturdy 1 11/16 inches. It’s made from copper, which is great for heat transfer, while the tanks are crafted from brass for added durability. You’ll find the inlet on the lower passenger side and the outlet on the lower driver side, with the inlet diameter at 1 1/2 inches and the outlet at 1 3/4 inches. Plus, it’s got a high-efficiency 12-inch concentric oil cooler built in.

What really sets this radiator apart is its construction. CSF uses OEM-specified plastic tank-aluminum core construction, which means you’re getting a part that’s designed to last. The tanks are made from virgin-grade engineered plastic resins that are glass-filled for extra strength. And don’t worry about extreme temperatures; the gaskets are crafted from special-grade EPDM rubber that can handle conditions as low as -120 degrees Fahrenheit.

The fins, which are the real heart of the radiator, feature a high-performance multi-louvered design for optimal cooling. Before they leave the factory, every unit is leak-tested at 150% of the operating pressure, so you know you’re getting something reliable. CSF also takes packaging seriously, with a "10-foot drop test" standard ensuring your radiator arrives in one piece.

CSF has been in the game for over 50 years, and they’ve sold more than 30 million units worldwide. They’re not just about quantity; they engineer their radiators with high-performance standards in mind. Each radiator is carefully designed and wind tunnel tested for cooling performance validation, so you’re not just getting a replacement part; you’re getting something that’s been rigorously tested.

Now, if you’re looking to fit this radiator, it’s compatible with the Ford E-series from 1992 to 1996. A couple of things to keep in mind: make sure to use a mini 13 psi cap, and always check your old radiator pressure cap for wear and tear when you’re doing the swap.

In short, if you’re serious about keeping your engine cool and running strong, you can’t go wrong with the CSF radiator. It’s built tough, performs well, and is backed by a company that knows cooling systems inside and out.
