CSF Radiators OEM Plastic Radiator for Scion tC 2005-2010, Aluminum Core, 23 5/8" Length
$83.06

So, you're looking to keep your engine running cool? Let me tell you about the CSF Engine Coolant Radiator. This isn't just any radiator; it's built with an OE style design that really gets the job done. If you want to extend the life of your engine, making sure your cooling system is in top shape is crucial. I've replaced my fair share of radiators, and when it comes to efficiency and reliability, CSF is a name I trust.

Now, let’s get into the nitty-gritty. This radiator features a crossflow design with a single row, which keeps things simple yet effective. The core measures 23 5/8" in length, 15 11/16" in width, and has a thickness of 5/8". Made from aluminum, the core is lightweight but tough, while the tanks are crafted from high-grade plastic that’s engineered to withstand the test of time. It’s got the inlet on the upper driver side and the outlet on the lower passenger side, both with a diameter of 1 5/16". Plus, there’s a high-efficiency oil cooler that measures 9 13/16".

What really sets this radiator apart is the construction. The tanks are made from virgin-grade engineered plastic resins that are glass-filled for extra strength. And those gaskets? They’re made from special grade EPDM rubber, designed to handle extreme temperatures—up to -120°F. The fins, which are the heart of the radiator, boast a high-performance multi-louvered design that maximizes airflow and cooling efficiency. You can rest easy knowing that each unit is 100% leak tested before it even leaves the factory, withstanding 150% of operating pressure.

CSF has been around for over 50 years, and they know their stuff. They’ve sold over 30 million units worldwide, and their radiators are carefully engineered and wind tunnel tested to ensure top-notch cooling performance. Whether you’ve got a Copper-Brass setup or something all aluminum, CSF has the right fit. Their commitment to quality means they use the best materials and manufacturing processes in the industry.

If you’re driving a Scion tC from 2005 to 2010, this radiator is specifically designed for you. Just a heads up, when you're swapping out the radiator, don't forget to check your old pressure cap for any signs of wear and tear. You’ll want to use a Mini, 13 psi cap for this setup.

In short, if you're serious about keeping your engine cool, you can’t go wrong with a CSF radiator. It's a solid investment for anyone who values performance and reliability.

If the radiator is installed and is returned deformed (bulging tanks, warped core etc.), this is an indication that the radiator is the victim of some other problem and not the cause. The deformation is a result of the radiator being subjected to extremely high pressure and or temperature caused by any of the following reasons:Defective Pressure Cap, Defective Head Gasket, Defective Temperature gauge (incorrect readings), Defective Water Pump etc. Such units are not covered under the warranty.

If a radiator seems to have a “fit problem” there is the possibility that there is some confusion about a multi-fit radiator that might look different. Your nearest CSF WD can clarify the application, just give them a call. A perceived fit problem is not covered under warranty.
