Thorough Testing for Peace of Mind

Unlike many aftermarket injectors that go straight from production to shipping, Deatschwerks adds a vital step: flow balancing and quality assurance testing for EVERY single set of injectors we produce. We don’t just test a few from each batch; we analyze over 40 data points on each injector to ensure you receive nothing but the best. All our testing is conducted in-house on our custom-built New Age Technologies injector flow bench.

Our Testing Process Includes:

  • 6-point coil test
  • Leak testing from 0-100 psi
  • RPM Ramp from 500 to 10,000 rpm
  • Pulse Width Ramp from 0.5 to 17 ms
  • Spray pattern analysis (both open and pulsed)
