Rigorous Testing and Assurance

While many aftermarket injectors head straight from production to shipping, we believe in a more thorough process. Every set of Deatschwerks injectors undergoes essential flow balancing and quality assurance testing. We don’t just test a few from each batch; we test every single injector we produce. Our team collects and analyzes over 40 data points for each injector, ensuring you receive only the best. All of our testing is conducted in-house on our custom-built New Age Technologies injector flow bench.

Our Testing Process Includes:

  • 6-point coil test
  • Leak testing from 0-100 psi
  • RPM Ramp from 500 to 10,000 rpm
  • Pulse Width Ramp from 0.5 to 17 ms
  • Spray pattern analysis (both open and pulsed)
