The PAXL-14039HD Heavy Duty Axle by Demon Powersports is engineered for those who demand durability and performance from their UTVs. Designed specifically for the CFMoto CForce 600 and CFMoto CForce 600 Touring models from 2020 onwards, this axle offers significant upgrades over standard OEM options.

Construction and Material

This axle features a robust construction utilizing 4340 chromoly steel, known for its high tensile strength and resilience. The dual heat treatment process enhances the steel's durability, making it capable of withstanding the rigors of off-road conditions.

Dimensions and Design Enhancements

  • CV joint size is increased by 10%-15% compared to standard axles.
  • Shaft diameter is 15%-20% larger than OEM, providing enhanced strength and reliability.
  • Unique double plunge design allows for wider articulation angles, minimizing the risk of binding during extreme maneuvers.

Boot and Grease Specifications

The axle is equipped with a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boot, which offers superior resistance to fatigue, punctures, and temperature extremes compared to standard boots. This ensures longevity and optimal performance in harsh environments. Additionally, the axle is packed with high-load molybdenum grease to reduce friction and wear.

Installation Notes

The PAXL-14039HD is compatible with a variety of lift kits, accommodating 1.5"-5" bracket lifts and all portal gear lifts within the same range. This versatility allows for easy integration into modified suspension setups.
