Louis Poncher, was considered an industry pioneer and started the business in the 1950s. It was a different company at that time. From there, his son, Bert Poncher, took the business. He was a young man when Louis passed away. Nevertheless, he took responsibility and worked hard as well.

It all paid off, and after a couple of decades, the company became a well-known manufacturer. Passionate about cars, Louis Poncher owned quite a handful, which influenced his son, Scott Poncher, to also take the same path.

Up Down Air System, LLC offers a One (1) Limited Product Warranty for branded accessories.

This One (1) Year Limited Product Warranty is the only warranty made in connection with your purchase. Up Down Air System, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any vendor, retailer or other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this our products or One Year Limited Product Warranty.

One (1) Year Limited Product Warranty covers: Coverage is subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein and with respect only to Up Down Air System, LLC branded accessories or products sold in the United States, Up Down Air System, LLC warrants to the initial retail purchaser only that your Up Down Air System, LLC product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of this product.

Up Down Air System, LLC reserves the rights to (a) require invoice or other proof your accessory is within the terms of this One (1) Year Limited Product Warranty as a condition of warranty service and, () make future revisions to this product and Limited Product Warranty without prior notice or obligation to upgrade your product.

One (1) Year Limited Product Warranty does not cover: Up Down Air Systems LLC One (1) Year Limited Product Warranty does not cover products or parts Up Down Air Systems LLC determines to have been damaged by or subjected to: (a) Installation damage, alteration, modification, combination with other parts, failure to maintain or improper repair or service, (b) normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or damage from moisture or water immersion and or sand, mud or dirt immersion, (c) Acts of God, accidents, misuse, negligence, inadequate mounting or impact with vehicle(s), obstacles or other aspects of the environment, (d) theft, vandalism or other intentional damage. (e) powder coat, anodizing or paint finish.

Remedy Limited to Repair/Replacement: The exclusive remedy provided hereunder shall, upon Up Down Air Systems LLC inspection and at Up Down Air Systems LLC option, be either repair or replacement of product or parts (new or refurbished) covered under this One (1) Year Limited Product Warranty. Customers requesting warranty consideration should first contact Up Down Air Systems LLC to obtain a Return of Goods Authorization Number (833)226-4863. All labor, removal, shipping and installation costs are customer's responsibility.

In consideration of the purchase price paid, neither Up Down Air Systems LLC nor any independent Up Down Air Systems LLC distributor/licensee are responsible for any time loss, rental costs or any incidental consequential punitive or other damages you may have or incur in connection with any part or product purchased.
