All of Eagle's products are made up of high-quality materials. They use certified 4340 Chromoly steel. Using their own special heat treatment process, they are able to create a product that is much stronger compared to other competitors using the same raw material. 

They manufacture their rods using a 2-piece forging process that allows the rod to be stronger. This process orients the "grain" of the metal to the direction of the stress. Eagle uses a state-of-the-art Sunnen Krossgrinding system that allows them to create perfect cuts and bore consistently.
