Crafted from SAE 4340 steel, this crankshaft is designed to withstand the rigors of demanding engine builds, making it suitable for setups producing up to 1500 horsepower.

Manufacturing Process

This crankshaft undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process that includes non-twist forging, multi-stage heat treatment, stress relieving, shot peening, and nitriding. Each journal is micropolished to an R.A. of 3 or better, ensuring a smooth surface for optimal performance. A 0.125-inch radius is incorporated to enhance strength, requiring the use of chamfered bearings for proper fitment.
