The Evolution Racewerks BM-EXH038TBCAT-PRIM is engineered for the 2025+ BMW M5 (G90) featuring the S28 engine. This downpipe is designed to enhance exhaust flow, addressing the inherent restrictions found in the factory exhaust system, particularly the catalytic converters.

  • Piping Diameter: 3 inches, mandrel bent for optimal flow
  • Catalytic Converter: 200 cell high flow metallic core
  • Welding: 100% TIG welded for superior strength

Performance Benefits

This downpipe is designed to significantly reduce exhaust flow restrictions. The larger, less densely packed cells of the 200 cell metallic catalytic converter allow for improved exhaust gas passage, which translates to higher horsepower and torque. Installation Notes

The BM-EXH038TBCAT-PRIM features a precision CNC machined V-Band flange that fits directly onto the factory turbocharger turbine housing, ensuring a seamless installation. This downpipe is fully compatible with both the factory and aftermarket secondary downpipes, allowing for versatile exhaust system configurations.
