Overview

After three years of rigorous development and testing, Evolution Racewerks proudly introduces the Competition Series Twin Oil Cooler System, specifically designed for the BMW 135i and 335i models (2008-2011). This system effectively addresses the notorious limp mode issue caused by excessive oil temperatures, ensuring your engine maintains optimal performance under demanding conditions.

The factory oil cooler measures a modest 8.75"x4.75"x1" (41 cubic inches), but the Competition Series takes cooling to a whole new level. Featuring two robust oil coolers, each measuring 9"x8"x2" (11"x8"x2" including end tanks), this system provides a staggering total of 288 cubic inches of cooling core—over 700% larger than the stock setup. During extensive testing, including track days in temperatures exceeding 110°F, our system has never allowed oil temperatures to exceed 259°F, even under wide-open throttle conditions reaching 160+ mph.
