Performance Insights

When we initially tested the intercooler with an Apexi FMIC kit, we noticed charge air temperatures reaching up to 140-150 degrees. This led to slight detonation during high boosts. However, after installing the 800-10-IC-14, we observed a significant drop in charge air temperatures, averaging around 110 degrees, with peaks only hitting 122 degrees. This change allowed for a safe increase in boost levels to 23psi without any signs of detonation, making it an excellent choice for those who push their vehicles to the limits.
