Upgrading to a top-notch intercooler designed specifically for the 2022+ WRX can make a world of difference. We’ve put a lot of thought into this one—our intercoolers are crafted for performance, not just slapped together like some of the cheaper options out there.
What sets our intercooler apart? For starters, we design each core with a unique offset and staggered fin pack. The external fins are packed tightly to maximize heat transfer, while the internal fins are spaced out for better airflow. It’s all about finding that sweet spot, and we’ve nailed it for your WRX.
Now, I know it’s tempting to go for those budget-friendly intercoolers. But trust me, they’re cheap for a reason! Many of them use a straight-through fin design that ends up working more like a tunnel than a proper splitter. This can lead to way hotter intake air temps, which is a recipe for timing reductions, knock, misfires, and all sorts of engine drama.
Here’s what you can expect with our intercooler:- Inlets and outlets are positioned right in the middle of the core, ensuring optimal air distribution and flow.
- We hand-port each inlet and outlet to minimize turbulence and maximize flow. Unlike some other manufacturers who just weld on a tube and call it a day, we take the time to debur the insides, which makes a big difference in performance.

- This front mount intercooler kit does REQUIRE an ETS Intake; it won’t fit with the OEM intake or airbox.
