The Extreme Turbo Systems 800-10-ICP-15 Intercooler Piping Kit is engineered for optimal performance in turbocharged applications. This kit features 2.5" mandrel bent steel piping, designed to enhance airflow from the turbocharger to the throttle body, ensuring efficient charge air delivery.

Performance Insights

This intercooler piping kit has undergone rigorous testing on our shop car, which utilizes a T66 turbo and Haltech management system. Initial testing with an Apexi FMIC revealed charge air temperatures reaching 140-150°F, leading to detonation issues in higher gears. After installing the 800-10-ICP-15 kit, charge air temperatures were significantly reduced to a stable range of 95-110°F at 20psi, allowing for safe operation at 23psi without detonation.

  • No relocation of the battery or radiator is necessary, maintaining stock placement.
