Let’s talk about the core. It’s a hefty 26 inches wide, which isn’t just for show—it’s designed for top-notch heat transfer without choking your engine. The internal and external fins are set up in a staggered pattern, which helps with airflow while keeping the heat exchange efficient. A lot of the cheaper intercoolers out there just have a straight-through design that’s more of a bottleneck than anything else. That leads to hotter intake air temps, and nobody wants that. Higher temps can mess with your timing, cause knock, and even lead to misfires. No thanks!

With the ETS intercooler, we’ve positioned the inlets and outlets right in the middle of the core. This setup means air flows smoothly throughout, reducing turbulence. We hand-port each inlet and outlet to make sure you’re getting maximum flow. Some other brands just slap on a tube without cleaning it up, which creates turbulence and messes with the air flow. Not cool.
