You'll also need a T4 inlet gasket (ATP GSK-006) and flange (ATP FLS-200), plus a GT 3" V-Band outlet flange for your downpipe (ATP-FLS-246) and a V-Band clamp (CLC-CLA-048) to tie it all together.
