Installation Notes

  • Not a direct drop-in replacement for small frame Garrett GT or GTX Series turbochargers.
  • The GTW Series bearing housing (CHRA) is larger than that of the Garrett GT and GTX series, requiring careful consideration during installation.
  • GTW Series Ball Bearing CHRA uses different oil return fittings compared to the small frame Garrett GT or GTX Series turbochargers.

Required Components

When installing the GTW3476R, ensure you have the following components for optimal performance:

  • Coolant - Requires 14mm coolant fitting and lines (2 units).
  • Oil feed options: -4 AN with built-in restrictor (Product Code: ATP-OIL-021).
  • Oil drain flange (Product Code: ATP-FLA-042).
  • Oil drain gasket (Product Code: ATP-GSK-027).
  • 8mm x 1.25 bolts (Product Code: MIA-FST-034).

Turbine Housing Components

  • T4 inlet flange (Product Code: ATP FLS-200).
  • T4 inlet gasket (Product Code: ATP GSK-006).
