If a GrimmSpeed-branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy and you must provide proof of original purchase to be fully covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care/installation, negligence, reasonable/normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors, coatings and materials over extended time and usage. GrimmSpeed cannot be held liable for any damage to your vehicle and/or its components caused by failures associated with the previous statement. Damage not covered under warranty may be considered for repair for a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece (a fee will be charged for return shipping).This warranty is available in the United States and Canada.

Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the limited lifetime warranty include denting, abrasions or scratches, color changing from heat in exhaust components and so on, less common examples include flex-section wear and fatigue cracks over an extended period of time.
