Introducing the Polaris RZR Pro XP

The Polaris RZR Pro XP is the latest addition to the RZR side-by-side family, and we couldn't wait to get our hands on it at HMF! We jumped right into research and development for our exhaust systems and equipment. At first, we thought our existing HMF exhaust systems would fit perfectly from the previous RZR Turbos, but after a closer look, we realized some adjustments were necessary due to the changes in the machine. Our dedicated team rolled up their sleeves and got to work, creating new bumpers and equipment designed to fit the new chassis while maintaining the modern styling and protection our customers expect.

Custom Muffler Systems for Every Need

After extensive measuring and fitting, our R&D team proudly presents four distinct muffler systems tailored for the RZR Pro XP:

Performance Series

Dual Slip-On
The factory silencer can be a bit underwhelming in the sound department, but our dual slip-on system is here to change that! The Performance Series offers the signature sound that HMF is known for worldwide. With 4" aluminum silencers, you'll gain an impressive 5 hp and 3 ft-lbs, all while enjoying a 3-6 dB increase in sound. Plus, our slip-ons are significantly lighter than the stock silencer!

Dual Full Turbo-Back

We built on our proven Dual Slip-On system by adding a 2.5" mandrel-bent, stainless steel downpipe straight from the turbocharger. This Performance Series Dual Turbo-Back Exhaust features a laser-cut heat shield mounted to the downpipe. With the 4" aluminum silencers and stainless steel downpipe, you can expect a gain of 6-7 hp and 4-5 ft-lbs, with a delightful 3-6 dB increase in sound. The downpipe includes a flex joint and a custom laser-cut heat shield for added durability.

Titan Series

Dual Full Turbo-Back
Our Titan Series offers unique internal core designs, allowing you to choose between Loud (xL) or Quiet (QS) cores to tailor the sound to your preference. The xL cores deliver a deep tone with a hearty bark that’s sure to turn heads, while the QS cores maintain sound levels closer to stock, providing a rich, deep tone without those annoying secondary harmonics. With 5" stainless steel silencers and a stainless steel downpipe, you’ll gain 6-7 hp and 4-5 ft-lbs. The Titan-xL is 3-6 dB louder than stock, while the Titan-QS matches stock sound levels at 84 dB, but with a much deeper tone.

Titan-SS Series

Single Big Core Full Turbo-Back
This exhaust means serious business! Combining the durability of our Titan Series with years of racing expertise, the Big Core setup is a powerhouse. It’s the shortest and least restrictive option available, even when compared to dual silencer setups. The single 5" stainless steel silencer and unrestricted 2.5" downpipe were designed for serious racers and enthusiasts alike. The silencer features a 2.5" core, minimizing back pressure on the turbo and ensuring optimal throttle response.
