The HSP-P-493-3, also known as the HSP Intake and Intercooler bundle kit for the Ford Powerstroke 2020-2022 trucks, is a must-have to increase the power on your stock truck and get that power you wished you had!

What is this 6.7L Powerstroke Bundle?

The HSP-P-493-3 is a full intake and intercooler bundle package. This kit will have one of our exclusively designed intakes and intercooler pipes that will set you apart from the crowd, all while leaving emissions intact!

Tell us about the Cold Air Intake that comes in the Intake and Intercooler bundle kit for the 2020-2022 Ford Powerstroke F250/350 6.7L

The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a major change from the factory parts. To start, we used a full metal assembly. A large heatshield that takes allows for cooler air and better styling all at once.

Tell us about the Hot Side Intercooler Tube that comes in the Intake and Intercooler bundle kit for the 2020-2022 Ford Powerstroke F250/350 6.7L

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is made from aluminized steel. This gave us a lot more strength but also allowed us to make mandrel bends. The mandrel bends give us the strongest and best shapes to our bends to allow for the best flow and the least amount of turbulence.

HSP Diesel upgrades the boots to a 5-ply, high-strength, silicone style to replace weak, prone-to-fail factory boots. As well as we included the billet coupler that needed to install with a new clip. This means you will be on the road longer and with a more reliable setup than the factory.

Tell us about the Cold Side Intercooler Tube that comes in the 2020-2022 Ford Powerstroke F250/350 6.7L

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke is a serious weak point and has been from day one. We upgraded to better boots and our in-house bent tube.

However, the biggest update to this part is our billet coupler. This upgrade is like nothing else on the market today and will increase your truck's reliability and the power you can handle.

We saw 963 ft pounds of TQ at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 at the wheels in our 2022 test vehicle! This is with emissions present and stock tuning! Using only this bundle kit.

Notes:
  • This only fits the 2020-2022 6.7L Powerstroke engine. This is due to small changes that were made in the engine bay. Please be sure you are ordering for the correct year truck.
