Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube is designed specifically for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke and is crafted from durable aluminized steel. This material not only provides extra strength but also allows for mandrel bends. These bends are essential as they create the best shapes for optimal airflow, reducing turbulence along the way.

We’ve also upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply, high-strength silicone style, replacing those weak factory boots that tend to fail. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler with a new clip for easy installation. This means you can hit the road with confidence, knowing your setup is more reliable than ever!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Insights

Let’s talk about the cold side. The factory setup on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point, and we’ve taken it upon ourselves to improve it. Our cold side tube features better boots and a custom bent tube made in-house.
