The HSP-P-492, also known as the HSP Intercooler bundle kit, is designed specifically for Ford Powerstroke trucks from 2011 to 2022. This kit is essential for keeping your truck reliable and ready for the road!

What’s Included in the Bundle?

The HSP-P-492 is a comprehensive intercooler bundle that comes with both hot side and cold side intercooler pipes, along with everything you need for installation. It’s all here in one convenient package!

Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the 6.7 Powerstroke (2011-2022) is crafted from durable aluminized steel. This choice not only enhances strength but also allows for mandrel bends, which create smoother shapes for optimal airflow and minimal turbulence.

We’ve upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply, high-strength silicone, replacing the factory boots that are known to fail. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler with a new clip for easy installation. With these improvements, you can expect a more dependable setup that keeps you on the road longer!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Insights

The factory cold side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point, and we’ve addressed that with our upgraded boots and custom bent tube.

The standout feature here is our unique billet coupler. This upgrade is unlike anything else available, significantly boosting your truck's reliability and the power it can handle.

Important Information

Please note that this kit is specifically designed for the 2011-2022 6.7L Powerstroke engine and is not compatible with cab and chassis trucks due to slight variations in the engine bay. Make sure to order for the correct year of your truck!
