Upgrade your intercooler piping with the HSP Diesel 282-HSP-SB bundle, designed specifically for 2004.5-2005 Chevy and GMC models. This kit features 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, ensuring optimal airflow and reduced turbo lag. The two-piece Y-bridge design simplifies installation while providing a secure, leak-free connection.

Improved Design
The factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter and includes a 90-degree boot that is prone to failure. HSP's design eliminates this weak point by routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, enhancing airflow and lowering temperatures. This modification also increases clearance, reducing the risk of interference with the power steering line, which can lead to boost leaks.
