Overview

Upgrade your intercooler piping with the HSP Intercooler Piping Kit, specifically designed for the 2006-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra models. This kit features 3-inch mandrel-bent hot and cold side tubes, along with a two-piece Y-bridge that simplifies installation. Equipped with race-proven 5-layer silicone boots, you can trust this setup to deliver a reliable, leak-free performance.

The factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter and includes a 90-degree boot that is susceptible to failure. This can lead to potential rubbing against the power steering line, causing boost leaks and performance issues. HSP’s design routes the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, ensuring improved airflow, lower temperatures, and increased clearance in tight spaces.
