Turbo Mouthpiece for Enhanced Functionality

Our high-flow turbo mouthpiece allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP). You’ll also find our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This ensures a snug fit that you can rely on.

Smart Design for Better Performance

The factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which is often prone to failure. Our design addresses this by routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, resulting in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in those tight spots.

Simple Installation and Reliability

Our bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze and guarantees a leak-free seal, so you won’t find yourself stranded on the side of the road. To help your exhaust gases exit the engine more efficiently, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. We use .120-inch wall tubing with the toughest bellows on the market to ensure they stand the test of time.

Stylish and Functional Additions

For a touch of style, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool. If your factory coolant tank is starting to show its age, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered with a factory replacement coolant tank designed to keep your engine bay looking sharp. This tank features an all-aluminum design and includes a low coolant sensor.
