One of those flaws is the reduced approach and departure angle from the oversize stock muffler and low hanging exhaust tip. Injen has recognized this issue and has an affordable solution that allow you not only improve your approach and departure angles, but also improve performance and completely change the sound of your JK!
SES5003MD is our newest muffler delete kit for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK (3.6L & 3.8L) and is a fantastic solution for those that want to climb those steeper obstacles without breaking the bank on a high tuck exhaust. In fact, you can easily swap over to this muffler delete for the weekend wheeling trips and then reinstall your OE muffler for your weekly commute ? all within 20 minutes.
This isnt our cheap delete kit made from thin cold-rolled steel that will either rust or crack, the Injen Muffler Delete kit is made for 304 stainless steel that is mandrel bent right here in Pomona, CA for durable, long-lasting performance. During the design process, our engineers made sure that the install was a simple as possible and retained the use of the factory hanger locations. This allows for quick swaps without throwing any wrenches!

Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology.s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.

Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any exhaust system considered by Injen Technology to be defective. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology's discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.
AIR INTAKES AND ACCESSORIES
Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology's discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. All warranty items must be sent freight prepaid with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and copy of original invoice.
SES INTERCOOLERS AND EXHAUST SYSTEMS
Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. SES Intercooler and exhaust systems that have been installed will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Defective parts will be replaced or repaired as deemed necessary by Injen Technology. All other warranty issues will apply as indicated under the Air Intake section. Most exhaust and Intercooler system installations may require a lift and or specialized tools. Due to the installation complexity of automotive exhaust and Intercooler systems, Injen Technology recommends that a qualified technician perform the installation. Most local Tuner or exhaust and muffler shops offer professional installation.
