Installation Notes

When upgrading to the Kelford 358-B camshaft, a valve spring upgrade is mandatory. Kelford recommends the KVS58-BT valve springs for optimal performance and reliability. Additionally, it is crucial to inspect the intake intermediate rockers for clearance with the new cam lobes. The OEM pressed steel rockers may have sharp edges that could interfere with the larger cam lobes; trimming or deburring may be necessary to ensure proper fitment.
