Installation Requirements

To get the most out of your gusset kit, some hands-on work is required:

  • Welding: This kit is a weld-it-yourself project, so you'll need access to a welder.
  • Powder Coating: While LSK does not provide powder coating, it's recommended for added protection against the elements.
  • Bushing Replacement: You'll need to press out the factory bushings before welding the gusset kit onto the Lower Control Arm and then install new bushings after welding is complete.
