Who is MagnaFlow?

MagnaFlow is an aftermarket exhaust manufacturer established in 1981. They have been doing what Vivid Racing considers to be one of the best performance exhaust systems available in the market today. The company has been in business for over 35 years and has supplied numerous kits to different enthusiasts all around the world.

Three is Key

MagnaFlow has been known for three things, Quality, Power, and Sound. All their products are made having these three things in mind. It has to satisfy all of these before they even let their customers have it. This is why MagnaFlow products have been widely accepted by a variety of car enthusiasts. Their eagerness to provide quality products that create power and a distinct sound has made the company a success.

QUALITY

As a market leader, MagnaFlow uses premium components and the latest technology to achieve the highest levels of performance and endurance. The company offers a wide range of aftermarket products. From direct-fit catalytic converters and full performance stainless steel exhaust systems to universal mufflers and kits which can be used to fabricate an exhaust for nearly any application. As an ISO-9001 certified company, they stand behind its quality, durability, and performance with a lifetime warranty.

POWER

For nearly 40 years, MagnaFlow exhausts have had a reputation for power among automotive enthusiasts. With a dedicated research & development department, the latest technology is always right around the corner. Every new part passes a strict performance and quality check using in-ground dynamometers, multiple flow benches, and advanced sound testing equipment. If a product doesn't meet a specific power output range, then it doesn't make the cut.

SOUND

MagnaFlow is committed to providing exhaust systems and parts that bring out your ride's true voice. Their secret? An ultra-efficient straight-through design with a perforated stainless steel core, mesh wrap, and acoustical fiber fill. From the way the company designs to how they pack the fill, these classic aftermarket add ons produce that deep, smooth tone you love every time.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology

The company utilizes the industry's most advanced manufacturing pieces of machinery and designing software technology to create a superior product compared to others. The company offers a wide range of products from bolt-on kits that would fit a specific vehicle like an OEM part, a universal muffler that can be used to any application, or a custom made kit for those who are a bit more serious when it comes to performance.

We have the MagnaFlow performance exhaust systems and parts for nearly any type of vehicle and configuration.

MagnaFlow is EPA Compliant and Practices Sustainability

As a national leader in aftermarket catalytic converters, MagnaFlow depends on three precious metals to build their products: Platinum, Palladium, and Rhodium. The company helps maintain precious resources by extracting them from old converters to go back into the supply chain. MagnaFlow has started a program to pass on a portion of the value of the precious metals to customers in the form of a MagnaFlow Visa® Prepaid Card. After you install your new replacement part, you can ship them your old OEM part at no cost.

Federal law prohibits repair businesses from replacing these devices except under certain limited circumstances. In order to verify that proper circumstances exist, the owner of the vehicle on which such repairs are made and a facility representative must sign the required statements on the warranty card. To avoid failing a warranty audit, please follow the instructions to ensure the new cards are filled out correctly and distributed accordingly.
