Each component of the MAP Charge Pipe Kit is crafted in-house, utilizing locally sourced materials. The fabrication process includes:
- Precision bending of tubing
- Machining of custom flanges
- TIG welding with a back purge technique for maximum strength

Specifications
The MAP HDAX-CPK-MAP-WB kit is designed to follow the OEM routing, minimizing installation complexity while optimizing airflow. The kit is available in two configurations:
- For OEM or OEM-style outlet intercoolers, using a 2-inch two-bolt flange outlet.
- For the MAP intercooler system, featuring a larger 2.25" intercooler outlet and 2.5" piping.
This design allows for improved air exit from the intercooler, enhancing overall efficiency.
