Buyer shall notify GTHAUS immediately upon discovery of any product defect.
Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer’s expense. The manufacturer’s warranty will not cover damages caused by racing, off-road use, improper installation, alterations, owner neglect, impact damages or any other damages caused by use of a product for any reason other than intended by the manufacturer.
