Method MR502 VT-Spec Bronze Wheel 15x7 5x100 15mm

The Method 502 VT-Spec was developed for the Factory Subaru Rally Team that's overseen by Vermont Sports car. Think of it as the 15 in. version of the Rally wheel. The VT-SPEC was the follow up to the Method Race Wheel 501 VT-Spec wheel that was developed for Subaru's Group-N/Super Production (SP) class which had production based engines and suspension geometry. In 2014 Vermont Sports Car/ Subaru Rally Team entered the open class which allowed them to alter and optimize suspension geometry and engine power outside what is allowed in Group N/ Super Production. As a result the cars needed different offsets to align with the suspension changes and a higher load rating to cope with the cars' increased speeds on stages. Some other key differences are the stainless steel lug hold inserts for increased durability in race environments. The Method Wheels VT-Spec also has a higher load rating of 2100 lbs. Unlike the Rally wheels, the Method VT-Spec 502 will not clear OEM Subaru STI brakes, but will clear Subaru WRX 4-pot brakes up to 2014, AP Racing CP6720 calipers and most brake packages with rotors up to 300mm in diameter.
