Superior Beam Quality

The heart of the 2Stroke 4.0 is its advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board, which produces the most precise beam pattern possible with a remarkably small 1.45mm surface-emission interval. For comparison, a tungsten filament in a halogen bulb measures 1.4mm, while the previous LED record was 2.0mm with the 2Stroke 3.0! By using an industry-first ceramic PCB, we?ve eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element. This, combined with Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips, results in unmatched performance for all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Each bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its specific application. We?ve calculated the critical reference distance based on the bulb base geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. Special tools have been designed to ensure each bulb's accuracy as it rolls off the production line. Unlike most LED bulbs, which use a one-size-fits-all approach, the 2Stroke series guarantees optimal focus in every situation.

360 Degrees of Rotation

With so many different headlight and fog light designs out there, we've made sure that all bulbs in the 2Stroke 4.0 range are fully adjustable. You can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o?clock positions. Our previous generation had issues with slipping gears, but our new system is designed to prevent that. Setting up your bulbs has never been simpler!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of the patented cooling system we introduced with the 3.0 bulbs. This innovative cooling system utilizes a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to draw in cool air and expel warm air back into the housing. Cold air enters past the PCB sidewall for heat exchange and is blown out the opposite side of the bulb. This design not only cools the bulb but also raises the ambient temperature inside the housing, helping to prevent snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter months. With even greater static pressure than before, the cooling system extends the bulb's lifespan while providing benefits in bad weather that you won't find anywhere else.

Unique Drive Logic

The LED drivers are smartly programmed to start at a gentle 18W, ramping up to a stable 22.5W over the first 15 minutes. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that lose intensity as they heat up, the 2Stroke 4.0 maintains impressive performance from the moment you leave your driveway until you park your car.
