Superior Beam Quality

The 2Stroke 4.0 shines with its advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board, which produces an incredibly precise beam pattern. With a 1.45mm surface-emission interval, it outperforms traditional halogen bulbs (which have a tungsten filament measuring 1.4mm) and even the previous LED record of 2.0mm set by the 2Stroke 3.0! Thanks to the industry-first ceramic PCB, we?ve eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and separate thermal element, combining them with Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips for unmatched performance in reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Each bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its specific application. We?ve calculated the critical reference distance based on the bulb base geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. To ensure quality, we?ve developed special tools to maintain accuracy during production. Unlike many other LED bulbs that use a one-size-fits-all approach, the 2Stroke series guarantees optimal focus for every application.

360 Degrees of Rotation

With no single standard across different headlights and fog lights, every bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 range is fully adjustable. This means you can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o'clock positions. The previous generation had issues with gears slipping during installation, but our new system is designed to lock in place securely. Aligning your bulbs has never been easier!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of the patented cooling system we introduced with the 3.0 bulbs. This innovative system uses a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to draw in cool air while expelling warm air back into the housing. The intake pulls cool air past the PCB to exchange heat, effectively cooling the bulb while warming the ambient temperature inside the housing. This helps prevent snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter. With even more static pressure than before, the cooling system maximizes the bulb's longevity while providing a unique advantage in bad weather.

Unique Drive Logic

Our LED drivers are programmed to start conservatively at 18W, gradually ramping up to a steady 22.5W over the first 15 minutes. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that lose output intensity during this initial period, the 2Stroke 4.0 maintains impressive performance from the moment you leave the driveway until you park your car.
