Flush Mount Innovation

Our flush mount brackets make it a breeze to install a 4Banger LED pod on any flat surface, all while looking sharp. With our patent-pending, fully adjustable design, you can easily tweak the aim from the front side?something you won?t find anywhere else. Each kit comes complete with cast aluminum brackets, all the necessary hardware, and a cutting template to simplify your installation process. They?re compatible with all versions of the 4Banger HXB and NCS LED Pods, so you can choose the direction that suits your needs best!

HXB Combo Beam

This beam is designed to illuminate a clear path with medium range. The HXB Combo beam strikes the perfect balance between width and distance, making those off-the-beaten-path drives much more enjoyable. The 8H x 4V oval hot spot with a 10-degree spread has been finely tuned to create an ideal flood beam, making the 4Banger HXB Combo a fantastic companion for any high-performance headlights.

HXB Spot Beam

If you need to see far into the distance, the HXB Spot is your go-to. Equipped with powerful Osram LEDs and cutting-edge HXB optics, this beam pattern can reach up to 800 meters ahead. No matter how fast you?re going, you?ll always have a clear view of what lies ahead with the 4Banger HXB Spots.

HXB Wide Beam

This beam focuses on illuminating the ground right in front of your vehicle. The HXB Optics feature dual-axis control for both width and active hot spot adjustment, ensuring peak intensity right at the top of the beam pattern. Thanks to the proper vertical gradient and powerful Osram HX Boost LEDs, these are the brightest SAE-compliant fog light pods available (80% brighter than Rigid D-Series SAE Fog, verified by Calcoast ITL). The 4Banger HXB Wide beam offers an unbeatable combination of width, intensity, and control?making it a top choice for both on and off-road adventures.

NCS Combo Beam

Similar to the HXB, the NCS Combo beam provides a clear path with medium range, blending width and distance to enhance your driving experience in remote areas. The 8H x 4V oval hot spot with a 10-degree spread is perfectly tuned for an ideal flood beam, making the 4Banger NCS Combo a solid partner for high-performance headlights.

NCS Spot Beam

The NCS Spot is designed for impressive long-range visibility. With a focused 5-degree hot spot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam, it?s perfect for those who need to see far ahead. While it may not pack quite as much punch as the HXB Spot, pairing it with NCS Combos ensures you can spot deer or other obstacles well in advance.

NCS Wide Beam

These lights shine right in front of your vehicle, making them an excellent match for high-performance Morimoto headlights. They cast a wide beam that significantly improves visibility to the sides of the road. Thanks to superior vertical gradient control, glare to oncoming traffic is minimized when mounted correctly in the fog light position. The NCS Wide beam is 14% brighter than its closest competitor (Rigid D-Series SAE), while using 28% less power, and it meets SAE F photometric standards for on-road fog light use, verified by Calcoast ITL.

Forget about generic components; every part of the 4Banger NCS is proprietary. We?ve used LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia, and our thermal dynamics have been fine-tuned with SolidWorks. The 4Banger NCS is available in three leading beam patterns: Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo?each with a patent-pending design.

All Weather Ready

The white-output version is perfect for general visibility, while the Yellow-output version excels in rain, snow, or fog. We?ve chosen LEDs that produce yellow light at the source, which is the best way to cut through particles in the air without sacrificing performance. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, our approach ensures you get both the look and the effectiveness in challenging weather.

Reliability

We take reliability seriously. With high power comes high heat, which is why the 4Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for optimal heat transfer to the radiator. Our cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking, and the potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket all meet IP69K standards for complete weather resistance.

The Morimoto 4Banger LED pods come with flush mounts for universal fitment. We also offer a range of application-specific mounting bracket kits for fog lights and A-Pillars, ensuring a bolt-on solution for many of today?s most popular trucks. Street Legality

With a standard -4 degree aim, the beam pattern produced by both the NCS and HXB Wide Beam models has been verified to comply with the latest SAE F regulations for street-legal fog lights. You can find the test data in the "Compatibility" section below.

Power Up

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods are designed from the ground up to set a new standard in their category, and this commitment extends to the optional wire harness. Every component of the harness has been carefully considered, ensuring no detail was overlooked for cost or simplicity. It features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
