We?ve meticulously fine-tuned thermal dynamics with SolidWorks to ensure top-notch performance. Choose from three industry-leading beam patterns: Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo?all with a patent-pending design.

All Weather

The white-output version is perfect for general visibility, while the Yellow-output version excels in rain, snow, or foggy conditions. Our Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs produce yellow light at the source, effectively cutting through particles in the air without sacrificing output. Forget filtering white light through a yellow lens; we?ve got the real deal for tough weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility, and we?ve ensured that the 4Banger HXB is built to last. High power means high heat, which is why our lights feature a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB to maximize heat transfer to the radiator. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking. Plus, our potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Street Legality

When properly aimed, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. If you?re after a high-performance, street-legal LED pod for fog lights, both the NCS and HXB Wide beam models meet SAE J583 compliance. Keep in mind that some areas require auxiliary lights to be covered during regular driving. For that, our optional Blackout Covers fit all Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods easily and can be removed in seconds.

Power Up

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods are designed to set a new standard in their segment, and our optional wire harness is no exception. We didn?t cut corners on any component. The harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, dual-sealed DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
