NCS Spot Beam

The NCS Combo beam lights up your path with medium-range visibility. This beam offers the perfect blend of width and distance, making those drives in the middle of nowhere much more comfortable. With an 8H x 4V oval hot spot and a 10V degree spread at the beam center, it?s perfectly tuned to provide an ideal flood beam. The 4Banger HXB Combo is a fantastic addition to any set of high-performance headlights.

The 4Banger NCS is about 30% smaller than comparable alternatives, allowing for an unbeatable OEM+ fitment when paired with Morimoto's fog light or A-Pillar mounting kits, available for today?s most popular trucks. Don?t be the person with LED pods sticking out of your bumper!

Performance

No generic components here! Every part of the 4Banger NCS is proprietary. We used LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia. Thermal dynamics have been fine-tuned using SolidWorks, and the 4Banger NCS comes with three industry-leading beam patterns: Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo. It?s all patent-pending!

All-Weather Capability

If you?re looking for all-around visibility, the white-output version is perfect. For those tricky conditions like rain, snow, or fog, the yellow-output version shines through. We?ve chosen Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs that produce yellow light at the source, which is the most effective way to cut through particles in the air without compromising performance.

Reliability You Can Trust

With great power comes great responsibility. That?s why we?ve put in extensive effort to ensure the reliability of the 4Banger. High power means high heat, which is why it features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for optimal heat transfer to the radiator. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking. Plus, the potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket are all designed to meet IP69K standards for complete weather resistance.

Each set of Morimoto 4Banger LED pods comes with pedestal mounts for universal fitment. We also offer a range of application-specific mounting bracket kits for fog lights and A-Pillars, making installation a breeze for many popular trucks. Street Legality

When aimed correctly, the Spot and Combo beams comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. If you're after a high-performance street-legal LED pod for fog lights, both the NCS and HXB Wide beam models are SAE J583 compliant. Some areas may require auxiliary lights to be covered during everyday driving; for that, our optional Blackout Covers fit all Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods easily and can be removed in seconds.

Power Up

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods are crafted from the ground up to set a new standard in their category, and the same goes for the optional wire harness. Every component was thoughtfully designed without cutting corners. The harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, and stainless steel power and ground terminals.
