HXB Combo Beam

HXB Spot Beam

Looking to see far ahead? The HXB Spot beam shines brighter and further than anything else on the market. Equipped with powerful Osram LEDs, this beam pattern can reach up to 800 meters into the distance, giving you unmatched visibility no matter how fast you're going. HXB Wide Beam

Need to illuminate the ground right in front of your vehicle? The HXB Wide beam has you covered. Featuring dual-axis control for width and active hot spot management, this beam projects peak intensity right along the top of the pattern. Thanks to the powerful Osram HX Boost LEDs, these are the brightest SAE-Compliant fog light pods available today?80% brighter than Rigid D-Series SAE Fog lights, verified by Calcoast ITL. The 4Banger HXB Wide beam is your go-to for the best combination of width, intensity, and control, making it the ultimate LED fog light for both on and off-road adventures.

NCS Combo Beam

Just like the HXB, the NCS Combo beam provides a clear path with medium-range illumination. It blends width and distance perfectly, making those remote drives a breeze. With an 8H x 4V oval hot spot and a 10-degree spread, it?s tuned to create an ideal flood beam. The 4Banger NCS Combo is a great addition to any high-performance headlights.

NCS Spot Beam

For long-range visibility, the NCS Spot beam is your best friend. It features a highly focused 5-degree hot spot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam, making it perfect for spotting deer in the distance. While it may not pack quite the punch of the HXB Spot, when paired with NCS Combos, you?ll have no trouble seeing what's ahead.

NCS Wide Beam

The NCS Wide beam illuminates the ground right in front of your vehicle, enhancing visibility off to the sides of the road. With superior vertical gradient control to reduce glare for oncoming traffic, these lights are perfect when mounted in the fog light position. The NCS Wide beam is 14% brighter than its closest competitor while consuming 28% less power. Plus, it meets SAE F photometric standards for on-road use as a fog light, verified by Calcoast ITL.

Forget about generic components?every part of the 4Banger is proprietary. We used LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia, and we?ve fine-tuned thermal dynamics with SolidWorks. The 4Banger is available in three industry-leading beam patterns: Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo. It?s a patent-pending design that sets a new standard.

All Weather

For all-around visibility, the white-output version is ideal. But if you need optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog, the yellow-output version is your go-to. We?ve chosen LEDs that produce yellow light at the source, ensuring effective penetration through particles in the air without sacrificing brightness. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, this approach delivers real performance benefits in challenging weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility. We've put extensive effort into ensuring the 4Banger's reliability. High power means high heat, which is why it features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB to maximize heat transfer to the radiator. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking. Plus, the potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket all meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Street Legality

With a standard -4 degree aim, the beam pattern from both the NCS and HXB Wide Beam models has been verified as compliant with the latest SAE F regulations for street-legal fog lights. You can check out the test data in the "Compatibility" section below.

Power Up

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pod system for the Raptor was designed from the ground up to set a new standard in its segment, including the wiring. Every component of the harness has been carefully considered?triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relays with hangers, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 40A ATO fuse, six DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and robust 10 AWG wiring.
