Superior Beam Quality

At the heart of the 2Stroke 4.0 is an advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board that produces the most precise beam pattern possible, thanks to its 1.45mm surface-emission interval. For comparison, a tungsten filament in a halogen bulb measures 1.4mm, while the previous record for an LED bulb was 2.0mm, set by the outgoing 2Stroke 3.0! With the industry-first ceramic PCB, we've eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element. Together with the Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips, this setup offers unmatched performance for all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Each bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been carefully optimized for its specific application. We've calculated the critical reference distance based on the bulb base's geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. To ensure consistency, we designed special tools to quality-control each bulb as it rolls off the production line. Unlike most other LED light bulbs that use a one-size-fits-all reference distance, the 2Stroke series is tailored for optimal focus in every application.

360 Degrees of Rotation

Since there's no universal standard for headlights and fog lights, every bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 range is fully adjustable. You can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o'clock positions. The previous generation's base gears were prone to slipping, but our new system is designed to prevent that. Setting up your bulb alignment has never been easier!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 utilizes an upgraded version of our patented cooling system first introduced with the 3.0 bulbs. This innovative cooling system features a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan that draws cool air into the bulb while expelling warm air back into the housing. Cold air is pulled in past the sidewall of the PCB to exchange heat, effectively cooling the bulb while warming the ambient temperature inside the housing. This unique design helps resist snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter months. With even more static pressure than its predecessor, the 2Stroke 4.0 maximizes bulb longevity while offering benefits in bad weather that you won't find elsewhere.

Unique Drive Logic

The LED drivers are programmed to start at a gentle 18W, gradually ramping up to 22.5W over the first 15 minutes. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that lose output intensity during this initial period, the 2Stroke 4.0 maintains impressive performance from the moment you pull out of the driveway until you park your car.
