Superior Beam Quality

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board that produces the most precise beam pattern possible, thanks to its 1.45mm surface-emission interval. To put this into perspective, the tungsten filament in a halogen bulb measures just 1.4mm, while the previous record for an LED bulb was 2.0mm, courtesy of the outgoing 2Stroke 3.0! With our industry-first ceramic PCB, we've eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element. Combined with the Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips, this results in unmatched performance in all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Each bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its specific application. We calculated the critical reference distance based on the bulb base geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. To ensure consistency, we designed special tools for quality control, checking the accuracy of each bulb as it comes off the production line. Unlike many other LED light bulbs that use a 'set it and forget it' reference distance, the 2Stroke series guarantees optimal focus for every application.

360 Degrees of Rotation

Since there?s no universal standard for headlights and fog lights, all bulbs in the 2Stroke 4.0 range are fully adjustable. You can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o'clock positions. The previous generation had issues with gears slipping during installation, but our new system is designed to prevent that. Aligning your bulbs has never been easier!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of the patented cooling system we first introduced with the 3.0 bulbs. This unique system utilizes a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to draw cool air into the bulb while expelling warm air back into the housing. Cold air is drawn in past the PCB sidewall to exchange heat, effectively cooling the bulb while warming the ambient temperature inside the housing. This design increases resistance to snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter. With improved static pressure, the cooling system maximizes bulb longevity and offers a bad-weather advantage you won?t find elsewhere.

Unique Drive Logic

The LED drivers are programmed to start conservatively at 18W and then gradually ramp up to 22.5W over the first 15 minutes. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that lose intensity during this time due to heat, the 2Stroke 4.0 maintains impressive performance from the moment you leave your driveway until you park your car.
