Superior Beam Quality

At the heart of the 2Stroke 4.0 is an advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board that allows these bulbs to produce the most precise beam pattern possible, boasting a 1.45mm surface-emission interval. For comparison, the tungsten filament in a halogen bulb measures 1.4mm, while the previous record for an LED bulb was 2.0mm, set by the earlier 2Stroke 3.0! Thanks to the industry-first ceramic PCB, we've eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element, resulting in unmatched performance in both reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Every bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its specific application. The critical reference distance is calculated based on the bulb base's geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. We?ve even designed special tools to ensure quality control for each bulb as it rolls off the production line. Unlike most other LED bulbs that use a one-size-fits-all approach, the 2Stroke series ensures precise focus for every application.

360 Degrees of Rotation

Since headlight and fog light standards can vary, all bulbs in the 2Stroke 4.0 range are fully adjustable. This means you can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o?clock positions. Previous versions had gears that could slip during installation, but our new system is designed to prevent that. Setting up your bulbs has never been easier!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of the patented thermal management system we first introduced with the 3.0 bulbs. This innovative cooling system employs a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to draw cool air into the bulb and expel warm air back into the housing. The design allows cold air to flow past the PCB sidewall, effectively cooling the bulb and warming the ambient temperature inside the housing. This helps reduce snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter. With improved static pressure, the cooling system maximizes the bulb's lifespan while providing a unique advantage in bad weather.

Unique Drive Logic

The LED drivers are programmed to start at a conservative 18W and gradually ramp up to a stable 22.5W over the first 15 minutes. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that lose intensity during this warm-up period, the 2Stroke 4.0 maintains impressive performance from the moment you hit the road until you park your car.
