At the heart of the 2Stroke 4.0 is an advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board that allows for the most precise beam pattern possible. With a 1.45mm surface-emission interval, this bulb outshines its predecessors. The tungsten filament in a halogen bulb measures 1.4mm, while previous LED bulbs were at 2.0mm. This innovative design eliminates the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element, ensuring unmatched performance in all reflector and projector-based headlights.

Optimized Focal Length

Each bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its specific application. We've calculated the crucial reference distance based on the bulb base's geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. Unlike many other LED bulbs that use a one-size-fits-all approach, the 2Stroke series ensures that you get the best focus for your needs.

360 Degrees of Rotation

With no universal standard across headlights and fog lights, all bulbs in the 2Stroke 4.0 range are fully adjustable. You can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o'clock positions. Our new locking system is designed to prevent slipping, making alignment easier than ever before!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of our patented cooling system. This unique setup uses a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to draw cool air into the bulb and expel warm air back into the housing. This design effectively cools the bulb while preventing snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter months. With improved static pressure, the cooling system maximizes the bulb's lifespan while offering benefits in bad weather that you won't find elsewhere.

Unique Drive Logic

Our LED drivers are programmed to start at a conservative 18W, ramping up to a stable 22.5W over the first 15 minutes.
