Versatility

The BigBanger offers incredible versatility?you can mount it solo or connect multiple pods to create a powerful light bar. Each pod comes with a universal mounting bracket, making installation a breeze on any flat surface, like your steel bumper or one of our many application-specific A-Pillar brackets. Want to customize your setup? Our BangerBar links allow you to bolt your Bangers together into a personalized light bar, where you choose the color of the light, the beam optics, and even the radius. When you're out on the trail after dark, the BigBanger stands shoulder to shoulder with the best brands in the business. Every aspect has been engineered to maximize light output without compromise. We utilized LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, and we fine-tuned thermal dynamics using SolidWorks. With two performance tiers, two beam patterns (spot or combo), and two colors (white or yellow), there's a BigBanger ready to meet your toughest performance demands.

HXB Spot Beam

The BigBanger HXB spot is a true performance powerhouse, perfect for those fast-paced night drives. No matter how fast you're going, you won't outrun its ability to penetrate up to 800 meters ahead. Producing over half a million Candela, there's simply nothing else out there that can compare. To put it into perspective, our 4Banger HXB wide beam is the brightest pod in its class, boasting an impressive 22,000 CD.

Amber Back Light

Every BigBanger Pod comes standard with an amber backlight. While it doesn?t provide forward illumination, the daytime setting is so bright that it dims by 90% at night to prevent glare for oncoming traffic. The dual-intensity control for the backlight is integrated into our optional BigBanger-specific wire harness, designed to manage all modes across two pods effortlessly.

Power Up

The Morimoto BigBanger LED Pods are built from the ground up to set a new standard in their category, and our optional wire harnesses are no exception. This harness allows you to control the pods and their dual-intensity backlight with ease. We didn?t cut corners when it came to quality. The setup includes a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, a specially designed over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-4S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with an amber LED backlight.

All Weather

The white-output version is perfect for all-around visibility. If you need optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog, the yellow-output version is your go-to. We use Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs that produce yellow light at the source, which is the most effective way to cut through particles in the air without sacrificing output. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, our approach delivers real performance benefits in challenging weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility, and we?ve put in the effort to ensure the BigBangers are built to last. High power can mean high heat, which is why we designed the platform around a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat transfer to the radiator. This has been refined through extensive thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking. Plus, our gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are all crafted to meet IP69K standards for complete weather resistance.
