These brand-new, patent-pending BigBanger off-road LED Pods have been meticulously designed, engineered, and rigorously tested right here in the USA, taking performance to a whole new level.

Versatility

The BigBanger offers incredible flexibility; you can mount it solo or link multiple pods together to create a powerful light bar. Each pod comes with a universal mounting bracket, making installation a breeze on any flat surface, such as your steel bumper or our wide range of application-specific A-Pillar brackets. Want to customize your light bar? Our BangerBar links let you connect your Bangers together, allowing you to choose the light color, beam optics, and radius. Get ready to banish the darkness!

This light is big, heavy, and worth every penny. When you're out on the trail at night, the BigBanger stands shoulder to shoulder with the best brands in the business. Every detail has been crafted to maximize light output without compromise. We used LucidShape to optimize performance with the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, and SolidWorks to fine-tune thermal dynamics. With two performance tiers, two beam patterns (spot or combo), and two colors (white or yellow), there?s a BigBanger ready to meet your toughest performance demands.

NCS Spot Beam

The NCS Spot illuminates a narrow field but reaches far into the distance. It features a focused 5-degree hot spot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam, making it your perfect companion for long-range visibility. While it may not be as powerful as the BigBanger HXB Spot, the NCS model keeps pace with the competition and offers exceptional value.

Amber Back Light

All BigBanger Pods come standard with an amber backlight. While it doesn?t provide forward illumination, its daytime brightness is impressive enough to dim by 90% at night, reducing glare for oncoming traffic. The dual-intensity control for the backlight is integrated into our optional BigBanger-specific wire harness, designed to manage all modes on two pods seamlessly.

Power Up

The Morimoto BigBanger LED Pods have been engineered from the ground up to set a new benchmark in their category, and our optional wire harnesses are no exception. This harness makes controlling the pods and their dual-intensity backlight a piece of cake. We didn?t cut corners on any component for the sake of cost or simplicity. It features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-4S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with an amber LED backlight.

All Weather

The white-output version is perfect for all-around visibility, while the yellow-output version excels in tricky weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog. We?ve chosen phosphor-converted yellow LEDs that produce yellow light at the source, making them the most effective for penetrating particles in the air without sacrificing output. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, this approach ensures you get the performance you need in poor weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility, and we?ve put a lot of effort into ensuring the BigBangers are reliable. High power generates high heat, which is why we built the platform around a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat transfer to the radiator, optimized through extensive thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking, and the gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are all designed to meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.
