Our brand-new, patent-pending BigBanger off-road LED Pods have been thoughtfully designed, engineered, and rigorously tested right here in the USA, and they truly represent a new standard in off-road lighting.

Versatility

The BigBanger can be used on its own or linked together to create a powerful light bar. Each pod comes with a universal mounting bracket, making installation a breeze on any flat surface?whether it?s your steel bumper or one of the many application-specific A-Pillar brackets we provide. With our BangerBar links, you can easily connect your Bangers into a custom light bar. You get to choose the light color, beam optics, and radius, allowing you to light up the night as you see fit. Performance

This light is big, robust, and worth every penny. Out on the trail at night, the BigBanger competes with the best brands in the business. Every aspect has been meticulously designed to maximize light output without compromise. We utilized LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram. Thermal dynamics have been fine-tuned using SolidWorks. With two performance tiers, two beam patterns (spot or combo), and two color options (white or yellow), there?s a BigBanger ready to meet your toughest performance demands.

NCS Spot Beam

The NCS Spot illuminates a narrow field while reaching far into the distance. It features a focused 5-degree hot spot, surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam, making it your best ally for long-range visibility. While it may not be as powerful as the BigBanger HXB Spot, the NCS model holds its own against the competition, delivering plenty of 'Banger for your buck.

Amber Back Light

All BigBanger Pods come standard with an amber backlight. While this backlight doesn?t provide forward illumination, it?s bright enough during the day to dim by 90% at night, minimizing glare for oncoming traffic. Our optional BigBanger-specific wire harness integrates dual-intensity control for the backlight, allowing you to manage all modes on two pods effortlessly.

Power Up

The Morimoto BigBanger LED Pods were designed from the ground up to set a new benchmark in their category, and the optional wire harnesses follow suit. This harness makes it easy to control the pods and their dual-intensity backlight. We didn?t cut corners on any components for the sake of cost or simplicity. It features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, a proprietary over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-4S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with an amber LED backlight.

All Weather

The white-output version is perfect for general visibility, while those who want optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog will find the yellow-output version excels in challenging conditions. Morimoto has chosen phosphor-converted yellow LEDs that produce yellow light directly at the source, ensuring the best penetration through airborne particles without sacrificing output. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, this method provides real performance benefits in poor weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility. We?ve put a lot of effort into ensuring the BigBangers are reliable. High power generates high heat, which is why we built the platform around a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat transfer to the radiator. This has been refined through extensive thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking. Our gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are all designed to meet IP69K standards for complete weather resistance.
