Superior Beam Quality

The advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board at the heart of the 2Stroke 4.0 allows these bulbs to produce a beam pattern with remarkable precision. To put it in perspective, the tungsten filament in a halogen bulb measures 1.4mm, while the previous record for an LED bulb was 2.0mm, set by the outgoing 2Stroke 3.0! Thanks to the industry-first ceramic PCB, we?ve eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element. This, combined with the Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips, results in unmatched performance in all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Each bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its specific application. We?ve calculated the critical reference distance based on the bulb base geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. Special tools were developed to ensure quality control and accuracy for each bulb as it comes off the production line. Unlike most other LED bulbs that use a 'one-size-fits-all' reference distance, the 2Stroke series guarantees optimal focus for every application.

360 Degrees of Rotation

With no single standard across headlight and fog light designs, all bulbs in the 2Stroke 4.0 range are fully adjustable. This means you can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o'clock positions. The previous generation had some issues with gears slipping when locking into your headlight, but our new system has eliminated that concern. Setting up your bulb alignment has never been easier!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of the unique cooling system first introduced with the 3.0 bulbs. This innovative system uses a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to pull in cool air and push warm air out, enhancing the bulb's performance. Cold air is drawn in past the PCB sidewall to exchange heat, and warm air is expelled from the opposite side. This efficiently cools the bulb while raising the ambient temperature inside the housing, helping to prevent snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter. With even greater static pressure than before, this cooling system maximizes the bulb's longevity while providing benefits in bad weather that you won't find elsewhere.

Unique Drive Logic

The LED drivers are designed to start at a conservative 18W, gradually ramping up to 22.5W over the first 15 minutes. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that lose output intensity during this initial period, the performance of the 2Stroke 4.0 remains impressive from the moment you pull out of your driveway until you park your car.
