Engineered Fitment

Designed specifically for the 2014-2021 Toyota Tundra, Morimoto's A-Pillar kit has undergone extensive design, prototyping, and testing to ensure a perfect fit. Everything aligns beautifully with existing mounting points, making installation a breeze?no modifications required! We know this should be standard, but you'd be surprised by the poor fitment we encountered from other brands during development. It's mind-blowing! And don?t worry about branches; each bracket is laser-cut from durable 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated. Your Tundra?s side mirrors will give way long before our A-Pillar kit shows any signs of wear.

All Weather Ready

Our white-output version is perfect for all-around visibility. If you?re tackling rain, snow, or fog, the yellow-output version is your best friend in tricky weather. Morimoto has chosen Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs that produce yellow light right from the source. This is the most effective way to cut through particles in the air without sacrificing performance. Remember, filtering white light through a yellow lens may look good, but it doesn?t provide the same benefits in poor conditions.

Reliability You Can Trust

With great power comes great responsibility! We've put in the effort to ensure the reliability of our product. High power means high heat, which is why the 4Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB to maximize heat transfer to the radiator. This has been fine-tuned through rounds of thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before being powder-coated to prevent flaking. Plus, the potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket are all designed to meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Wiring and Cable Management

No more messy wiring! We?ve included several mounting locations and cable routing clips on the bracket stem to tidy up the input wiring from your LED pods as it routes down into the engine bay. From there, you can easily plug in with Morimoto?s switched relay wire harness for a clean and reliable installation.

Performance

Just like our brackets, every part of the patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light is proprietary. We utilized LucidShape to optimize performance with the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram. Our optics are crafted to world-class standards, and thermal dynamics have been fine-tuned using SolidWorks. The 4Banger is available in three industry-leading beam patterns to meet all your lighting needs: Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo.

HXB Combo Beam

This beam lights up a clear path with medium range. The HXB Combo beam strikes the perfect balance between width and distance, making your daily drives in the middle of nowhere much more comfortable. With an 8H x 4V oval hot spot and a 10V degree spread at beam center, it?s perfectly tuned for an ideal flood beam. The 4Banger HXB Combo is a fantastic companion to any high-performance headlights.

HXB Spot Beam

Need to see far into the distance? The HXB Spot is unmatched in its reach. Equipped with the most powerful Osram LEDs, this beam pattern can penetrate up to 800 meters ahead. No matter how fast you?re going, you?ll never outrun your ability to see with the 4Banger HXB Spots!

HXB Wide Beam

This beam illuminates the ground right in front of your vehicle. The HXB Optics feature dual-axis control for both width and active hot spot control, projecting peak intensity right at the top of the beam pattern. The vertical gradient resembles an SAE-Compliant fog light pattern but with added intensity, thanks to the Osram HX Boost LEDs. The 4Banger HXB Wide beam is the ultimate off-road LED fog light, delivering the best combination of width, intensity, and control.

NCS Combo Beam

Similar to the HXB Combo, this beam offers medium-range illumination with a blend of width and distance, making those long drives in remote areas feel much safer. The 8H x 4V oval hot spot with a 10V degree spread at beam center is expertly tuned for an ideal flood beam, making it a great addition to any high-performance headlights.

NCS Spot Beam

This beam shines well into the distance with a focused 5-degree hot spot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam. It's perfect for long-range visibility. While it may not be as powerful as the 4Banger HXB Spot, pairing it with NCS Combos ensures you can spot deer and other obstacles from afar.

NCS Wide Beam

This beam lights up the area directly in front of your vehicle, making it an excellent match for high-performance Morimoto headlights. It produces a wide beam to significantly improve visibility off to the sides of the road. The superior vertical gradient control helps eliminate glare for oncoming traffic, and when properly aimed in the fog light position, it meets the latest SAE F regulations for street-legal fog lights. Power Up

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods are designed to set a new standard in their category, and that includes the optional wire harness. If you?re looking for the best, you?ve found it! Every component on the harness is crafted with care, avoiding any shortcuts for cost or simplicity. It features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with an amber LED backlight.

Compatibility

While they pair perfectly with the 4Banger LED pods, our top-notch A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from many other brands, including Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics.

Street Legality

When aimed correctly, the Spot and Combo beams meet SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. The Wide beam model complies with SAE J583 for use in fog lamps. Keep in mind that some localities require auxiliary lights to be covered for everyday driving. To comply, our optional Blackout Covers fit all Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods easily, installing with a friction + clip fit that can be removed in seconds.
