Maximum Performance: Thanks to an all-new generation of Morimoto Bi-LED projectors, the XB Evo headlights will meet & exceed the highest standards for headlight performance that are set by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety... which is a tough mark even for most modern luxury automakers. Here, the F-150 XB Evo headlight utilizes dual Bi-LED projectors to deliver unmatched light output, with an incredibly bright and wide low beam, and a high beam that destroys darkness. In high beam mode, two dedicated 1Banger combo pods add even more intensity and coverage*. All optics are powered by the latest OE-grade automotive LEDs from Nichia in Japan.

On Road: The Morimoto XB Evo Headlights are DOT compliant with all FVMSS108 regulations for on-road use in the USA*. Their projector optics are so capable and efficient that their LEDs are only driven at about 50% of their full potential intensity to avoid exceeding limitations set by compliance. The vertical aim is fully adjustable within +/- 6 degrees for a perfect alignment on any F-150, even with a lift. The system was designed in California by Morimoto's lead optical engineer, Yoshi Ishida, to deliver maximum visibility, comfort, and safety, and that it does.

Off Road: Yes, you read that correctly. Out of the box, XB Evos are only producing a fraction of their potential intensity for compliance reasons. Want more light for your off-road adventures? The optional Supercharged LED driver boosts both low and high beam intensity by 30-50% - all without sacrificing reliability or warranty. While the Supercharged drivers easily enable the XB Evo to outshine every other headlight for the F-150 on the market, we must reiterate that they will result in non-compliant levels of peak beam intensity, and therefore should not be used on public roads.

Frost-Free System: Our patent-pending heating system warms the surface temperature of the headlight lens to minimize frost buildup when driving through wet and snowy conditions in the wintertime. When the temperature drops below 5 degrees Celsius, the system is enabled to operate on your command by flashing the high beams four times. From there, it will automatically maintain temps within the headlight housing to mitigate frost buildup on the lens. A cold-climate game changer, this feature ensures the output of your XB Evo headlights will remain strong when you need it most.

DRL Optics: The turn signals and daytime running lights illuminate glass-like 3D optics with special surface textures, which enables maximum intensity from all viewing angles, easily out-shining low-tech DRL optics found in most every other aftermarket headlight.

Easy to Personalize: The signal swap system allows users to personalize how the daytime running lights and turn signals operate according to personal preference, all through a simple plug n play key on the back of each headlight. The daytime running light can be configured to run full-time in either white or amber with no compromise in intensity either way. The turn signals can operate sequentially from side to side, or in a more traditional on-off mode with an elegant fade-off effect.

Start-up Sequence: When starting your F-150, the optics will automatically illuminate in a multi-stage sequence before turning back off. Unlike every other feature baked into XB Evo headlights, this does absolutely nothing to improve performance. But executed properly, it does look cool, and there's nothing wrong with that!

OE Fit & Installation: The XB Evo headlights are expertly crafted to match all OE specifications to ensure perfect fitment and hassle-free installation. They will bolt onto the original mounting points and line up to the surrounding sheet-metal without any massaging, and then plug into the factory wire harness and then work without errors on the dash, nor flickering, flashing, or radio interference. Well-Built: This product is completely designed, engineered & tested in the USA by the Morimoto team to meet the high expectations of our customers. Nichia LEDs from Japan are used throughout. All wiring and connections are OE-grade. When it comes to UV protection, OE Toyota headlights are industry-best, which is why we've formulated a new hard coating that exceeds their 3,000-hour standard for resistance against cracking, fading, and yellowing lenses from UV exposure.
