Superior Beam Quality

The advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board at the heart of the 2Stroke 4.0 allows these bulbs to produce the most precise beam pattern possible, thanks to its 1.45mm surface-emission interval. For context, the tungsten filament in a halogen bulb measures 1.4mm, while the previous record for LED bulbs was 2.0mm with the outgoing 2Stroke 3.0! By utilizing the industry-first ceramic PCB, we?ve eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element. Combined with Osram Oslon HJL531.TE LED chips, this results in unmatched performance in all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Each size in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its intended application. The critical reference distance is calculated based on the bulb base geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. To ensure consistency, we designed special tools to quality-control each bulb as it rolls off the production line. Unlike most other LED light bulbs that use a one-size-fits-all reference distance, the 2Stroke series provides optimal focus tailored for each application.

360 Degrees of Rotation

With no single standard across various headlight and fog lights, every bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 range is fully adjustable. You can position the LED chips perfectly at the 3 and 9-o'clock positions. Previous generations had base gears that could slip when locked into place, but our new system is designed to be slip-resistant. Aligning your bulbs has never been easier!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of the patented cooling system first introduced in the 3.0 bulbs. This innovative system employs a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan that draws cool air into the bulb while expelling warm air back into the housing. Cold air is pulled in past the PCB sidewall for effective heat exchange, and warm air is blown out the opposite side. This setup cools the bulb while raising the ambient temperature inside the housing, helping to prevent snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter. With enhanced static pressure compared to its predecessor, the cooling system of the 2Stroke 4.0 maximizes bulb longevity and offers a bad-weather advantage not found elsewhere.

Unique Drive Logic

The LED drivers are programmed to start at a conservative 18W, gradually ramping up over the first 15 minutes before stabilizing at 22.5W. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that tend to lose output intensity during this initial period, the performance of the 2Stroke 4.0 remains impressive from the moment you hit the road until you park your car.
