We've even optimized thermal dynamics using SolidWorks. With four industry-leading beam patterns?SAE wide/fog, spot, flood, and combo?you?ll have the perfect lighting for any situation.

Built to Last

We understand that with great power comes great responsibility. That's why we?ve put significant effort into ensuring the reliability of the 4Banger. The high power means high heat, which is why we?ve incorporated a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat transfer to the radiator. This has been fine-tuned through extensive thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking, and we've designed the potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket to meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods are engineered from the ground up to set a new benchmark in their category. The optional wire harness is just as impressive. Every detail has been carefully considered?no component was overlooked for the sake of cost or simplicity. It features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
