Performance

We don?t believe in ??off the shelf?? solutions. Every aspect of the 4Banger is proprietary, designed to optimize performance with the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Osram. We?ve used LucidShape for performance optimization and SolidWorks for thermal dynamics, ensuring the 4Banger is equipped with four top-tier beam patterns: SAE wide/fog, spot, flood, and combo, catering to every possible need.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility, and we?ve put in the hard work to ensure the 4Banger is built to last. High power generates high heat, which is why we?ve incorporated a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat transfer to the radiator. Our cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating for added durability. Plus, the potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket are all designed to meet IP69K standards, guaranteeing full weather resistance.

Power Up

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods are designed from the ground up to establish a new benchmark in their category. The optional wire harness is equally impressive, with every detail meticulously crafted. You?ll find a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, a proprietary over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, and DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals. Plus, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
